Impi has a high level of Quality Control and management of safety issues.

The pack house and orchard was first registered under ISO 9002:1994 in August 1995 (registration No 1520/01) Scope of registration includes growing, packing and marketing citrus fruit for export and domestic markets.

Regular audits by independent auditors ensure compliance. Although seemingly onerous, staff have found quality control both user friendly and reassuring.

All food safety matters in the business are covered by a manual of practice certified by H.A.C.C.P. Registration No is FS298/01 issued on 22/11/00 and, again, regular internal and independent external audits are conducted to ensure compliance.
