Original packing equipment comprised of a conventional belt and roller sizer
and minimal ancillary plant. In 1987 Impi was one of the first pack houses in
Australia to introduce
electronic photosizing when a 3 lane Sunkist Photosizer from California was
installed.
In 2001 a major upgrade saw the introduction of a Colorvision Unisorter
capable of colour, size and blemish grading. A new feed line incorporating
chlorination, fungicide bath, waxing and drying was added along with a semi
automatic carton sealer.

Impi Pack house began operations
in 1981. Packing has always been restricted to that grown on the
property. From modest beginnings of some 800 tonnes throughput has now
increased to 4000 tonnes.
