Original packing equipment comprised of a conventional belt and roller sizer and minimal ancillary plant. In 1987 Impi was one of the first pack houses in Australia to introduce electronic photosizing when a 3 lane Sunkist Photosizer from California was installed.

In 2001 a major upgrade saw the introduction of a Colorvision Unisorter capable of colour, size and blemish grading. A new feed line incorporating chlorination, fungicide bath, waxing and drying was added along with a semi automatic carton sealer.
